Put the month in
Type it, import your spreadsheet or a lab CSV, or photograph the log sheet. Nothing reaches a form until you confirm it.

The calculations run
Averages, residuals and your state’s checks, in tested code. A rule that matches is flagged for review with its inputs.

Your state’s form, filled or laid out to copy
The state’s own workbook or PDF where we can write into it; otherwise a worksheet that names the form it copies onto. Each state page says which.

You sign; the copy stays
You review, sign and file it. Every version is kept with the readings behind it, readable even if you stop paying.
